We found out that JetBlue caters to travelers in diverse age ranges who have specific needs when planning and preparing for their trips. With the four new features we developed, users can have a pre-traveling process that is less stressful.

Notification Center
Our goal is to deliver accurate and cohesive travel updates, allowing users to customize notifications for personalized information on weather, local events, preparation tips, and promotions.
Feature 2
Smart Alert
Sends personalized notifications that are analyzed by user’s flight data, location, and time to determine the ideal moment for sending notifications.

Prepare for Takeoff
Users are reminded to pack within a week of their flight and can prepare with us in a visual and informative way.
